The photo comes from another outtake of the Worthington sessions in 1976. Art Stenstrom took the picture. He used one very similar to this as artwork on the “Sailing On Fantasies” album 2 years later. There was a parade happening. Those two gentlemen in the background didn’t move for the 10 minutes or so while Art was snapping pictures.
