Silver Laughter 1976 – Carl, Mick, Jon and Ken in back with Paul out front
Click on the link above to hear this fifth song from the first Silver Laughter album. It was written by me when I was in The Contents Are:. Originally I meant it as a joke with me doing a Louis Armstrong vocal on the second verse. I was surprised when Paul, Craig and Dave liked it. So when I joined Silver Laughter, and we needed material for “Handle With Care”, Jon and I dusted it off, and the band put it down on tape.
The photo is just another outtake from the Worthington sessions in 1976 just after Paul joined. We did a lot with sound and light man, Carl Frisch, in them. This is one of them. Our manager, Art Stenstrom, was behind the camera.
