“Lover” Promo Label
Carl sent me this last year. It is one of the promotional labels that Art used to put on singles to send to radio stations in hopes for some airplay.
In this case, the label is for the single from “Sailing On Fantasies”, “Lover” which was released before the album was. It appears that it has suffered some damage at the top.
