In the daily quest to add new material to the Silver Laughter website, here is Carl’s contribution to our history.
Picture number one shows Ken on my Hofner bass, probably during The Beatles Tribute since it’s pretty dark. I am on the piano. Look closely, and you can see Paul on the drums. That’s Jon on the right side. The piano songs were toward the end of the show since we did our best to play them in chronological order.
Picture number two is of Jonny Silver on his black Rickenbacker 12 string, similar to the one he used for our IRRMA concert earlier this year in August. According to Jon, his original Rick had a mechanism whereby 6 of the strings could be muted. Not so on the newer models.
