Lyrics for “Take My Money”
I do not remember adding much to this song except the middle 8 “You run my life…” from how Silver Laughter was doing it before I joined. But we did decide to change a few things on the songs Jon and I had written independently from each other just to make them “ours”.
Jon originally wrote and sang it, but gave it to me to perform the lead vocal after we revised the song.
