The SILVERS Newsletter February 2025

Friends,

January was a very busy month for us, especially the middle of the month. The photo for this newsletter is only one of 170 that were taken when Mick arrived from Tucson on Monday, January 13. Our official photographer, Brian Dettor, met us at Dominican College where we used several of the many picturesque locations for the shoot. Here you can see Mick, Carl and Dain posing along with a couple of huge redwoods!

Then on Tuesday and Wednesday of that week the band worked on rehearsing 6 new songs for our upcoming album, “Facing Forward And Looking Back”. When you look at the credits for each song, it usually indicates who is the primary vocalist… but not always! What are the song titles, you ask? Alphabetically, Back In The real World, Do It Again, Flying High, I Don’t Believe You, Stay Lucid and the Final Word.

Starting Thursday of that week through Tuesday the 21st of the following week we spent our time in the studio with David Kessner on the board! Right now Dain is working on supporting guitar tracks to go with the primary instrument and vocal tracks we recorded at Shabby Road Studios in Novato. We are hoping to have a new single ready by the end of the month!

Once again we want to thank you all for supporting us by listening to our music!
