Silver Laughter 1976 – Top: Mick and Paul – Bottom: Ken, Carl and Jon
Click on the link above to hear the remastered version of the first song off the first Silver Laughter album, “Handle With Care”, released by the German Company, Green Tree Music in 2015. Musicians featured on this song are: Jon Ludtke on guitar and vocals, Ken Wiles on guitar and vocals, Mick Orton on bass and vocals and Kim Ludtke on drums and vocals. Compared side by side I am not sure there is that much difference in this one and the one released on Fanfare back in 1976.
The photo is just another outtake from the 1976 Worthington session right after drummer Paul Staack joined the band upon Kim’s departure. It also features sound and light man, Carl Frisch in one of our Silver Laughter t-shirts.
