Click on the link above to hear Silver Laughter cover the Bee Gees disco hit. This was posted earlier as a WAV file, but I edited it, did a nice face out at the end and converted it to an MP3 to speed up the download. My wife was in the other room and came in dancing while I was doing the editing. She thought it was a cut from the Bee Gees live album!
As I have said before, this is one of the songs that saved us (along with The Beatles Tribute) during the invasion of the disco era when bands were being axed in favor of expensive sound and light systems. The musicians playing on this cut are Jon on guitar and vocals, Mick on bass and vocals, Ken on guitar and vocals and Paul on drums (don’t think he sang on this one) and was taken from our 1978 performance at The Ranch & Company. Carl (and maybe Glenn) were on sound and lights.
