Silver Laughter 1976 – Mick, Jon, Paul and Ken

The first time I posted this cover tune it was in WAV format and had a LONG dead air spot at the end. So today I converted it to MP3 (which works better with our website’s music player) and faded out the talking at the end.
As I have said before, this is still one of my favorite cover tunes with Ken singing lead. And I think the 3 part harmonies are superb. The photo is an outtake from the Worthington collection and shows the lineup who played on this song which was taken from the Port Byron tapes I had from my dad’s collection: Ken on lead and main vocal, Jon on guitar and backup vocals, Paul on drums (I don’t think he is singing on this one) and Mick on bass and backup vocals.
