So here are the last few pages of the Silver Laughter promotional booklet from around 1970 or so. As you can see John Carstensen is featured on the last page before the inside back cover shows the band in matching outfits.

Just to finish this feature up, also included in this post is the back cover. It shows the band on that now famous geodesic structure which was out in one of the pastures on the Ludtke Pony Farm. On top are: Steve Elliott, Kim Ludtke and John Carstensen. Below are Denny Walton and Jon Ludtke.
