Silver Laughter 1975 – Ken, Paul, Jon and Mick

As has been stated numerous times throughout this website, in 1975 we were near the end of recording for our album, “Handle With Care”. Kim had decided to leave and go back to school so Paul was drafted from The Contents Are: (Tabernash) to replace him on drums.

Here are three poses from the first photo session which manager, Art Stenstrom, took of the new band lineup. He snapped a lot of them, possibly over several days and many wardrobe changes.

Reliable sources say that this first one has the Worthington golf course in the background. All I remember is that it was C-O-L-D that day.

Picture number two shows us on a bridge, and the sun is out, so it quite possibly was taken on a different day than the first. We most likely nixed this photo because the wind was blowing hard and messing up our hair!

Finally, after another wardrobe change we are back in the wildlife, this time with our sound and light man, Carl Frisch. I really like the composition on this one and think this is a great photo of the new band lineup.
