Silver Laughter 1978 – Paul, Jon, Mick and Ken with Art’s shadow on the far right

During the disco era, this was one of the songs that was acceptable for the disco crowd, yet had the credibility of Boz Skaggs for the hard rock places we played. As I noted in the original post, it is a song with a swing beat with a beginning much like Grand Funk Railroad’s “Some Kind of Wonderful”. I am on bass and Paul is on drums. Jon sings lead and I join him double tracked on the chorus. It was a fun song to perform and got a great response. This is taken from one of our sets at The Ranch & Co. in Port Byron. However, it was kind of quiet that night which could be because it was an early set.
