From Carl: I’ve been practicing a lot and will continue over the summer. Musicians never really quit working on getting better on their instrument. There are always new things to learn, and I still enjoy working on the basics. I’ve played a few local gigs and had the honor to play once again in a 16-piece big band for the 4th of July parade locally. Playing drums in a big band is a different kind of challenge from what we do in The Silvers, and I always enjoy it. Dain and I are getting together soon to work on a couple of songs to be considered for our next album. Party On and enjoy the summer.
From Dain: As the California heat really kicks up a gear I have been trying to stay cool in my office as I noodle away with demos for the next album. I have been working on demos that Mick has sent me, a couple of my own, and will soon be working with Carl on some new material too. (Note: Is Dain disappointed that his soccer team from England got beaten by Juan Carlos’s Argentina team? :-()
From Mick: Up in Show Low, Arizona it’s been raining a lot, so I have had a lot of time to work on music. Unfortunately, writing music can be both inspiration as well as perspiration! This week we released another animated video for our July Epps single, “Do It Again” on our YouTube channel. Go check it out. Juan Carlos Quattordio in Argentina did a fantastic job! Also “It’s So Fast” (from our Mosaic EP) jumped from number 28 back up to number 1 for week 29 of 2026 in the Punk Rock genre!
