Don’t Think Of Them As CDs… Think Of Them As Art!

Sure, downloads are the big thing right now. Because CDBaby manages our publishing, we only get about a penny a song from downloads at Spotify, Amazon, iTunes, etc. We’re not complaining (okay, maybe we are) because we are happy people are finding our music on so many different outlets.

However, people used to buy vinyl records (albums), and the cover art was very important. In fact, the cover of our last 4 song CD EP, “Mosaic”, included cover art, lyrics and information on the songs presented in a unique fold out digipak. You don’t get that from a download!

A lot of thought and HARD work went into this digipak.

CDBaby no longer distributes CDs, so the only place ours are available is the Revlis Records website where we get almost 100% of the sale whether a person buys the download or the physical CD.

As a side note, Dain has designed our last three CD covers, “Back To Basics” LP, “Oceans” LP. and “Mosaic”, and he will probably be doing the one for our next album, “Paper Street”, which is due out in the summer of 2024.
