P.S. I Love You is from the “Please Please Me” album; the first by the Beatles in the UK.
This song was clipped from our second Beatles tribute which we recorded live at The Ranch & Co. in Port Byron, IL. It started with a slight pause after “Love Me Do” and a quick drum click from the hi-hat into the song. It sounds like Jon, Ken and I all sing the lead in (I could be wrong on this!) and then Ken and Jon sing the verse “double tracked”. Then it sounds like Ken and I sing the chorus (As I write this letter… send my love to you…) “double tracked”. At the end the transition was into “Hold Me Tight” which has appeared elsewhere on this site.
